All user-generated listings are moderated, and we may review, hold, or reject content before or after it appears on the Service.

• You grant Caps On Wheels a license to display your content on the Service
• You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service provides a marketplace platform. We are not a party to transactions between users.

8. Content Moderation

We may remove or reject any listing or content that violates these Terms of Use or our community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

9. Payments

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Certain paid features or subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees

10. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by Redemption Management and protected by intellectual property laws
• User content remains the property of the user, subject to the license granted above
• Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redemption Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any marketplace transaction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
